Eliza launched "Singing Mamas" groups in Wells in September 2023. All women are welcome with or without children. Singing Mamas provide groups for maternal wellbeing through song sharing. They use the principles of the Natural voice network. We are all born with a singing voice to use for connection with each other and with our children. We meet for a gentle hour of nourishing warm ups and songs, with props and toys for the little ones. The singing is followed by chat and tea and cake. We all leave the session feeling better!

We are launching new weekly community sessions in Wells at the Seager Hall on Wednesdays from 9.30-10.45. The group will be run as a drop in session costing only £5, in partnership with Somerset Arts Well CIC.  Message me on Whatsapp to be added to the group.
